This is a valid question when shopping online on an e-commerce site. Please be assured that we have been in business for over 20 years. We know what customers want and expect; after all, we are customers too and we know how they like to be treated.

What are your business hours?

Finding a product

Please use a Search field on top of the screen to find a product by name, item Id or size. For example if you are looking for a 6 1/2" border just type in 6 1/2 to get a list of available borders with this width. There is also a 'Search by Width' field in top left corner of every category page. So if you interested in Kitchen design 5" wide border you can go to Kitchen category and select 5" in Select by Width drop-down list.

How do I pay for a purchase?

DreamWallDecor offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. DreamWallDecor uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card payments on DreamWallDecor are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. What steps does myStore take to prevent card fraud?

DreamWallDecor realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link."


Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by sellers?

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on DreamWallDecor. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Shipping charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on selected method of shipping



What are the delivery charges?

We are shipping orders by USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Cost of UPS Ground shipping is calculated by UPS based on location and weight of the order. USPS Priority Mail shipping is flat rate $6.90 for US orders, $9.90-16.90 for Canadian and $27.90 for International orders. Orders eligible for free shipping can be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS.


What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are shipped in 1-5 days after placing an order. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 for US orders, 2-7 days for Canadian and 5-14 days for International Orders


Do you offer free shipping?

FREE standard ground shipping is included on every qualifying order of $75.00 or more shipped within the contiguous U.S.


Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?

Yes, we ship to Canada and other international destinations. Our online store is set up to handle Canadian orders differently with Canadian Postal Codes. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post wherever possible and therefore take a little longer to receive. Other international customers are welcome; however, you need to be aware the freight can be quite expensive. In addition, all international customers are responsible for any duty and tax liabilities that apply to your country.

Cancellations & Returns


When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Shipped" state. To cancel, please Contact Us with the order number.


What is DreamWallDecor Returns policy?

You can return almost anything you purchase from DreamWallDecor with a few exceptions. Wallpaper or border that has been opened is not returnable nor orders not returned within the terms of our Return Policy. Under most conditions, a restocking fee will apply and you must first obtain a return authorization in order to get proper credit for your return. You will need to call or send a request to sales@dreamwalldecor.com to obtain a return authorization. Or simply fill up a form on our Return page


What is Free Replacement?

If you have received an item in damaged condition or it does not match the description, you may request a replacement at no extra cost to you. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with DreamWallDecor. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
